Blue Demon Challenge

Today is the Blue Demon Challenge, DePaul University's day of giving, when alumni, parents, friends, students, faculty and staff come together to support the people, programs, and spaces that make DePaul so special.

The School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) offers a comprehensive, innovative approach to continuing and professional education, making available programs and delivery modalities to provide access to a broad range of students within SCPS and other DePaul colleges and schools. During the Blue Demon Challenge, your gift to SCPS can go even further:

• SCPS Challenge: When 100 people make a gift to any fund in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Rick Mordesovich (SCPS '96) will give $100,000!
• Labor Education Center Challenges: Founded in 1948 by a group of forward thinking labor leaders and progressive academics, DePaul University's Labor Education Center serves as a resource center to students, labor activists, academics and community leaders seeking a deeper understanding of labor issues and economic justice. To help build the next generation of labor movement leaders, support the center with your gift today and help us unlock two challenges!
  1. When 25 people make a gift to the Labor Education Center, United Auto Workers Local 551 will give $5,000!
  2. Mike and Carolyn Gloeckle will match, dollar-for-dollar, all gifts to the Labor Education Center, up to $3,000!
