Thank you for your incredible generosity during the Blue Demon Challenge. Thanks to the thousands of Blue Demons across the globe, we surpassed our goal and raised over $6,000,000 for the people, places and causes at DePaul that matter to us the most. Here’s just a sample of what we accomplished:

  • We unlocked over 80 challenges and matches for schools, colleges and departments across campus
  • We secured gifts from all 50 states and from 15 countries
  • During our three time-based challenges, the DePaul community made an average of four gifts every minute


Most importantly, your generosity recognized the value of a DePaul education, and provided resources for DePaul students to reach their full potential and fulfill their dreams. While the Blue Demon Challenge may only be 24 hours, the impact you made will be felt for years to come.

Once again, the DePaul University community answered the challenge call! Not only did we meet the $150,000 challenge provided by DePaul's Board of Trustee Chair, Gerald Beeson, we also surpassed the dollars raised during last year's Blue Demon Challenge. Truly an amazing effort on our march to $5 million.
