Your gift of any size can help DePaul University reach our biggest goal ever–2,000 donors during the Blue Demon Challenge!
There are three business-specific challenges during the Blue Demon Challenge:
- Driehaus College of Business: If 300 donors designate their gifts to the Driehaus College of Business, the Frank and Karen Ptak Family Foundation, on behalf of Frank Ptak (BUS '65, HON '13) will give an additional $22,000 in support of the college. Frank is a member of the Driehaus College of Business Advisory Council, and gives to show his thanks to those who helped him in his career.
- Kellstadt Graduate School of Business: If 50 donors designate their gifts to the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Ms. Diane M. Pearse (MBA '86) and Mr. James E. Pearse (MBA '87) will give an additional $5,000 in support of the school. Diane and Jim met in a finance class and fell in love while they were MBA students at DePaul, and they give back to recognize the impact of their Kellstadt MBAs on their careers and to support excellence today and in the future. Update: $5,000 UNLOCKED!
- School of Accountancy & MIS: If 100 donors designate their gifts to the School of Accountancy & MIS, Mr. John J. Vitanovec (MBA '79) and Mrs. Kathleen Geary Vitanovec will give an additional $10,000 in support of the school. John is a proud alumnus, past parent, and faculty member, and he and Kathleen give to honor the impact DePaul has had on his life and career.
Your gift to the Driehaus College of Business makes an incredible difference in the lives of today's students and helps put endless opportunities within reach.
What an amazing 36 hours for DePaul University! Congratulations, DePaul family!
Together, we made this the BIGGEST Blue Demon Challenge in DePaul history, raising over $780,000 for the people and places at DePaul you care about most.
Your support helps provide access, elevate academic excellence - and most importantly - demonstrates your belief in DePaul's mission and purpose.
With our tremendous thanks,
The Blue Demon Challenge Team
We did it!
