Questions and Answers

Below you will find answers to many common questions about Blue Demon Challenge 2020.

What is the Blue Demon Challenge?

The Blue Demon Challenge is DePaul's one-day giving challenge where alumni, students, faculty, staff, family and friends come together to celebrate DePaul by making a gift to the area that means the most to them.

Why should I give to DePaul?

The Blue Demon Challenge is your chance to support the things that make DePaul special. When you make your gift to academic programs, scholarships, athletics, student groups or whichever aspect of DePaul you care about most, you're doing more than making a gift to a university. You're helping students prepare to change the world.

Why should I give during the Blue Demon Challenge on Jan. 23?

Because your gift can have a greater impact than any other day of the year! With challenges for each of DePaul's 10 schools and colleges, as well as others for Athletics and other departments, your gift can be the one that unlocks a challenge gift for the area of campus that means the most to you.

How much should I give?

You don't have to make a big gift to make a big difference. No matter how much you choose to give, your participation in the Blue Demon Challenge is incredibly meaningful, and deeply appreciated.

Can I direct my gift?

You can direct your gift to the area of DePaul you care about most - providing scholarships, supporting your college/school, athletics, and more!

What else can I do?
